In tandem with the launch of the 2019 vintage in the USA, Waipapa Bay Wines has partnered with the Whale and Dolphin Conservation (WDC) charity as their first wine industry corporate sponsor. It showCases the skill and passion of the producer with its intense aromas of gooseberry, grapefruit and passion fruit, beautifully balanced with crisp, aromatic flavours and hints of citrus. Vinification Details: Each vineyard block is harvested and fermented separately. This wine has been fermented in temperature controlled tanks using carefully selected yeast. Once fermentation is completed the different tanks are then assessed and carefully blended.
