Storage

Store in a cool dry place. Re-seal bag after use. Best Before: See side of box. HobFROM AMBIENT: Allow 2 or 3 nests per serving. Put the pasta into a large pan of boiling water. Cook, uncovered, over a high heat, stirring occasionally. Cook for 4 -5 minutes or until the desired texture has been achieved. Drain thoroughly and serve immediately. Cook and Serve Later Put the pasta into a large pan of boiling water. Cook, uncovered, over a high heat, stirring occasionally. Cook for 2 minutes. Drain thoroughly and rinse with cool water. Portion the pasta and place in sealed plastic bags or other lidded containers. Label clearly and refrigerate until needed. When required reheat the pasta by placing in boiling water for approx. 1- 2 minutes. Drain and serve as usual.
