Usage
Preparation Instructions Add couscous to a bowl, add an equal quantity of boiling water and stir. Cover and leave to stand until the water has been absorbed (about 5 minutes). Separate grains with a fork before serving. Re-seal bag after use. Hints & Tips - Can be served hot or cold. - Traditionally used as a base for Moroccan dishes, including tagines. - Also ideal for salads and vegetarian dishes. - Enhance the flavour of the couscous by adding lemon juice, butter or extra virgin olive oil. - Try using as an alternative to rice or potatoes.
