FROM AMBIENT: Preheat oven to 200°C/180°C (Fan)/ Gas Mark 6. Remove all packaging. Place on a baking tray in the centre of a pre-heated overn for 2-3 minutes.

FROM AMBIENT: Heat on full power (1000Watt) for approximately 30 seconds.
