Handling and Cooking


Store in a cool, dry place, out of direct sunlight. Re-seal after use.


Preparation Guidelines Place 200g of the sauce mix into a saucepan. Pour on 1 litre of boiling water and whisk vigorously until thickened and smooth. Bring back to the boil on the hob for 1 minute stirring all the time. Use as required.
