Store in a cool dry place, away from strong odours.

Usage

Cooking instructions: 1. Measure 60g of uncooked rice per person and rinse thoroughly under running water. Let it soak for 30 minutes. 2. In a pot, add 2 cups of water for each cup of rice. Bring to a boil, optionally adding a pinch of salt to the water. 3. Drain the soaked rice and add it to the boiling water. Cook for 10-12 minutes, or until all the water is absorbed. 4. Remove the pot from the heat and let it stand for 5 minutes. Fluff the rice gently with a fork before serving.
