Usage
Hints and Tips Perfect for sauces, casseroles and stocks. Delicious in soups and stews. Ideal for meat and fish dishes. Try making a small slit in your fish fillet and insert a bay leaf. Wrap in foil and bake to get a rich, full flavoured dish (remove bay leaf before serving).
