Handling and Cooking
Usage
Starting a successful BBQ using firelighters Spread a layer of Fuel Express charcoal briquettes on the base grill of the barbecue. Push two or more Fuel Express firelighters into the charcoal evenly spaced and light. Once the charcoal is alight add more charcoal to the desired level. When the charcoal is glowing evenly, covered by a grey ash (about 30 minutes) you can start cooking. If further fuel is needed once the barbecue is alight, use only regular charcoal Briquettes or make sure that any added Fuel Express charcoal is fully alight and glowing before cooking starts. Starting a successful BBQ using Barbecue liquid or Lighting Gel Spread the desired amount of Fuel Express charcoal briquettes over the grill and carefully squirt Fuel Express Barbecue lighting Fluid or Gel evenly on to the briquettes. For greater safety use a wood or paper taper to light the briquettes.
