Potato gnocchi

Originating from the Veneto region of northern Italy, potato gnocchi is a rustic, hearty ingredient that can trace its roots back to Roman times. For an authentic Italian taste, serve with butter, sage and Parmesan or a classic tomato sauce with mozzarella.
