Shallow Fry
FROM AMBIENT: Heat 15ml (1 tablespoon) of oil in a frying pan. Add 400g of diced skinless chicken breast and fry for 3-4 minutes or until lightly browned. Add contents of the jar. Simmer for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally (ensure chicken is fully cooked). Serve with cooked rice.
