A strong roasted coffee made from 100% Arabica beans. Rich and intense with dark chocolate and spicy notes, the ideal after dinner roast. Specially selected for their smooth, nutty aroma from Fairtrade certified small scale farmers in Central and South America where the farmers use traditional techniques to selectively harvest only the ripest cherries. After harvesting, the cherries are slowly dried in the sun, blended and carefully roasted to a medium dark colour to give a coffee that has a luxuriously smooth mouthfeel and a sweet nutty aftertaste.
