Vinification Details: To achieve the remarkable balance of this wine, we blend with fruit from vineyards across all major valleys of the Marlborough region, each adding its own unique flavour spectrum to the wine. The grapes are fermented in stainless steel tanks at cool temperatures to retain their fresh, aromatic qualities.
History: This wine pays homage to one of New Zealand's most beautiful coastal landscapes. “Resolution Bay” is located in Marlborough, at the top of the South Island. An area of stunning coastal views. The Marlborough region is world-famous, particularly for its Sauvignon Blanc and Pinot Noir. The climate is cool and sunny, with warm days and cool nights, allowing for slow ripening of the grapes and a high concentration of aromas.
Regional Information: This unique blend of Sauvignon Blanc highlights the absolute best from the Marlborough region. From vineyards in the foothills of the great Mount Tapuae-o-Uenuku, to vineyards on the sun kissed fertile plains all the way to the coast in the Southern region where cool sea breezes moderate the climate.
