A tribute to the glaciers of the Andes mountain chain and to those brave explorers who try to conquer them, challenging their own limits. Their reward is this wine that makes them feel alive, the soul of the Andes in each glass. Ruby with violet hues. A mixture of aromas, such as red fruit, plums, black pepper, nutmeg, cinnamon, vanilla and chocolate. Balanced body, good, all-encompassing structure and a soft, silky finish.

Vinification Details: The Merlot is grown in the Maipo Valley, located just south of the Chilean capital Santiago. It is home to some of the country's best vineyards and perfectly suited to Bordeaux varieties such as Merlot due to its extended growing season and temperate climate. The grapes are cold macerated when they reach the winery to extract colour and aroma. The juice is then fermented in stainless steel to enhance the fruit character in the wine.
